HSP Subsidy: The Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP) provides support and access to hearing services to eligible Australian citizens or permanent residents. ^ 4,000 Live Better Rewards Points Offer (The Offer): Live Better Rewards points can only be earned when you purchase monaural or binaural hearing aids from Specsavers and submit a claim for hearing aid benefits (even where no benefits are payable). The Offer is available to Medibank members with hospital and/or extras cover (whether or not the cover includes hearing aids) and where a member has exhausted their extras limit for hearing aids. You will also be submitting a claim for benefits which will be assessed in accordance with your Cover Summary and any applicable waiting periods. The Offer does not apply to the purchase of any other goods or services, including hearing tests, batteries and hearing aid accessories. The Offer does not apply to purchases fully subsidised under the HSP. All hearing aid items offered are subject to availability and are subject to Specsavers terms and conditions of service in effect at the time of purchase. The Offer excludes members on Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), Ambulance only cover, ahm covers and other selected covers. Points earned will be displayed in the Medibank member’s Live Better Rewards account within 30 business days, or once they have signed up to Medibank Live Better Rewards via My Medibank within 6 months from making an extras claim for hearing aids. Live Better Rewards points earned from claims for children under 18 years of age will go to the policy holder’s account.
