In 2024, we launched an on-demand development platform available to all employees. Since its launch, more than 1,700 of our people have accessed the platform to learn when and where it suits them. The most popular topics include digital skills, personal strength, and inspirational leadership.
This year we also launched a LGBTQI+ series covering awareness, allyship and gender diversity. These modules sit alongside a rich library of content focused on helping to build capabilities in diversity, inclusion and sustainability.
As part of the move to the new Melbourne office, employees participated in an immersive learning experience. This experience was designed to deepen understanding and engagement with our commitment to diversity and inclusion through Connection to Country, universal access and health and wellbeing.
