Flexible work at Medibank

Flexibility is a key part of how we support health, wellbeing and engagement. We offer a range of flexible work options, that look and feel different depending on the role, but can include freedom to work anywhere in Australia, flexible frontline rostering and autonomous teams, no mandated office days –  we celebrate in person connection to drive collaboration for our customers, without mandating office days. We provide part-time arrangements and adaptable hours and rosters. We also continue to experiment with new ways of working and experiments – including the four day work week. 

In FY25, our people told us they value our supportive culture, strong team connections, and the flexibility that helps them maintain a healthy work/life balance. The feedback also showed that our people believe in our purpose and feel connected to the work we do. 

We’re always looking for ways to improve, and our survey results highlighted opportunities to make it even easier for our people to thrive in their roles.
