This recognition highlights our commitment to creating an inclusive and flexible workplace that values the wellbeing of all our employees including those with caring responsibilities. Carers + Employers assesses organisations on their policies and practices to ensure they provide the necessary support for employees balancing work and caring duties. Their program defines best practice standards for supporting employees with caring responsibilities.
