When do you think you were at your healthiest? For most Aussies, it’s at the age of 18. From there, health takes a small dive at the age of 20, before climbing up again between the ages of 22 to 24. It’s then downhill until the age of 59. But it’s not all bad news — from 60 onwards, Aussies appear to make a more concerted effort to better their health, as health scores increase slightly up until the age of 80.
