Nothing beats using your own fresh produce or materials around the house. If you’re missing a thing or two, tick the items you need to add to your shopping list.
2 teaspoons white chia seeds
1 medium banana (120 g)
250 ml soy milk
1 tablespoon amazake
Small handful (10 g) baby spinach
1 heaped teaspoon green tea matcha powder
1 teaspoon minced or grated ginger
Use your favourite fruits. I like to use banana, strawberries, blueberries and desiccated coconut.
Soak the chia seeds for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and serve with your favourite fresh fruits or dried fruits and nuts.
