Green tea smoothie bowl recipe

Nothing beats using your own fresh produce or materials around the house.
If you’re missing a thing or two, tick the items you need to add to your shopping list.

What to do

    1. Soak the chia seeds for a minimum of 10 minutes.

    2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

    3. Blend until smooth.

    4. Pour into a bowl and serve with your favourite fresh fruits or dried fruits and nuts.
