The Better Minds app and website has a range of materials you can access to help shape your mental health journey. 24/7 Mental Health phone support service is available to members with hospital cover so you can talk to a mental health professional day or night. Learn more.
We understand that members have not been able to access their usual health services, so we have extended Telehealth services for 9 allied health services such as psychology and physiotherapy.^

* To be eligible for the cash give back, you must have been a Medibank member with an active resident hospital and/or extras policy at any point between 1 January 2023 and 30 June 2023. This excludes members with Ambulance only cover, Overseas Visitors Cover, Overseas Workers Cover and Overseas Student Health Cover.
