Weeks free
Must be up-to-date with premium payments and maintain your cover continuously for 28 days from cover start date to receive 6 weeks free. The 6 weeks free will be applied to your premium after the 28 days. This means your first few payments may vary. The weeks free will not be issued if you change to an ineligible cover, suspend or terminate your cover during this period.
Live Better Rewards
To receive the Live Better Rewards points, you must be up-to-date with premium payments and maintain your cover continuously for 28 days without changing to an ineligible cover, terminating, or suspending your cover during this period. Must register for a My Medibank account and sign up to Live Better in the My Medibank app during those 28 days. Must be 16 years or over to register for Live Better. Singles and single parents will receive 10,000 Live Better Rewards points. Families and couples will receive 20,000 Live Better Rewards points. Points may take up to 6 weeks from your policy start date to appear in your account. These points may then be redeemed for rewards, such as gift cards.
