If you have lodged a complaint, we aim to resolve the issue within 10 working days.

If, despite our best efforts, you believe your complaint has not been satisfactorily dealt with, please let us know and we will escalate your complaint to a more senior person within Medibank Private.

When you have considered our response, if you feel that we have still not adequately addressed your concerns, free, independent advice is also available from the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman on 1800 640 695.

If you have lodged feedback, we will forward your comments to the relevant Medibank department for their information and consideration or respond to your enquiry via email.
