Evolving Leader program

In FY26, we continued to strengthen leadership capability across the organisation through our Evolving Leader program, designed to equip leaders with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment. The program brings together senior leaders from across the business to align on expectations, build commitment and support the successful application of learning in the workplace. 

The six month program has been intentionally designed to strengthen how we lead ourselves, our teams and our organisation through change. Participants developed their ability to build high-performing teams grounded in trust and psychological safety, communicate with clarity and confidence, shift from directing to empowering through coaching, and apply adaptive leadership approaches to navigate ambiguity and continuous change through a blend of experiential learning, reflection, peer connection and practical application. By investing in these capabilities, we are positioning our leaders and teams to successfully navigate change, foster greater collaboration and deliver on our 2030 vision.
