To support healthy sleep, we’re giving eligible members* the opportunity to earn up to 2,000 Live Better points when they complete our 4-week Sleep Well Challenge.^

The Medibank Baby Sleep Support line has been designed to help eligible members get baby asleep and settled – it’s best for them, and best for you. We are available to you 7 days a week (between the hours of 7am and 11pm EST) no matter where in Australia you live. ∓

• Your sleep issues are persistent and are impacting your mood, everyday activities and overall wellbeing.
• You have excessive daytime sleepiness, restlessness in bed, severe snoring or you’re waking up unrefreshed even with enough sleep time.
• You have a chronic condition and you’re also experiencing issues with your sleep.
• You’re experiencing the symptoms of a sleep disorder – like insomnia, sleep apnoea or restless leg syndrome

Live Better rewards members could earn up to 40,000 Live Better points each calendar year for successfully completing select Live Better rewards points-earning activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, health and wellbeing challenges, the Weekly Goal, onboarding actions, partner activity earn and the daily auto-tracking bonus. This does not include points earned by shopping with Live Better rewards partners or visiting Members' Choice Advantage providers. 40,000 Live Better points could be redeemed for up to $400 worth of rewards from the Live Better rewards store.
To earn Live Better points, the participant needs to complete 100% of the eligible Challenge according to the instructions. The number of Live Better points available for Medibank Live Better Challenges and Goals is subject to change without prior notice. The participant of a Medibank Live Better Challenge or Goal may not receive Live Better points or may have their already credited Live Better points reversed in accordance with the Medibank Live Better terms and conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Medibank Live Better rewards terms and conditions, the terms and conditions will take precedence.
~The surveys are optional, however we would greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete them for the purpose of evaluation. Pre challenge survey points (500 Live Better points) will be awarded, within 30 days of completion, to those who have both enrolled into the challenge and completed the pre challenge survey. Post challenge survey points (500 Live Better points) will be awarded, within 30 days of completion, to those who have both enrolled in and completed the Sleep Well Challenge and completed the post challenge survey.
