A run that's a walk in the park. Literally.

It’s easy to think you’re not a runner. You don’t have long legs, the lungs of a blue whale or the resting heart rate of a gladiator. You’ve got no interest in stride length or split times or pre-emptively putting plasters over your nips to avoid chafing.

Well, to all those people who don’t like running, we’ve got the run for you. Medibank presents parkrun. Walk, jog, run or volunteer every Saturday at a park near you.

Where will you begin?

parkrun

All around the world, parkrun brings local communities together for a weekly 5km run or walk.

It’s lively, fun and family-friendly, and there are over 350 locations around Australia. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a beginner or a pro.
There are no winners – just your own personal best.
