Steph’s Post Workout Smoothie ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • Dash of maca powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk

Blend together.
