  • Support and reward you through Live Better rewards; and

  • Improve your health and wellbeing by informing you about products, programs, and services that Live Better rewards, Medibank or our partners can offer and customise news and promotions for you, should you choose to receive these. 

Remember, health insurance in Australia is community-rated so your health data cannot influence your premium. Keeping your personal and health information safe is important to us. Visit our Security and privacy hub to learn more about your privacy and communication preferences.

Preferences:

At any time you can unsubscribe from receiving customised news, promotions, products, programs, and services by changing your Live Better rewards communication preferences in the My Medibank app.

If you do not wish for your personal and health information to be used by Live Better rewards to reward you, you can terminate your account by emailing live.better@medibank.com.au with your policy number and cancellation request.
