Complete Medibank Live Better challenges

Complete a 4-week challenge over four weeks and earn 750 Live Better points. If you keep that up for a year, that’s 9,000 Live Better points.

Or complete a 1-week challenge over seven days and earn 150 Live Better points. If you keep that up for a year, that’s over 7,000 Live Better points.

How to join a challenge

  • Join a Live Better challenge by selecting ‘How do I earn Live Better Points?’
  • There’s no limit to how many challenges you can join.
  • Live Better challenges change each week and month, so check back regularly to join new ones. 4-week challenges kick off on the first day of the month, 1-week challenges start every Monday.
  • If you miss the first day of the Live Better challenge, you still have three days to sign up. You need 85% completion to earn points.
  • Ensure your details are up-to-date for emails and notifications to maximise your chances of earning more Live Better points.+

How to complete a challenge

  • You must track your actions to complete challenges. Connect your apps and devices for automatic tracking or log your actions directly in the Live Better app by tapping ‘+’ next to your chosen activity.
  • You have three days to update and track your activities once a bonus challenge ends.
  • See how you performed against others by tapping ‘Leader board’ within the challenge.
  • You earn Live Better Bonus points if you complete over 85% of the challenge. Please allow up to 30 days for points to update in the app.

+Bonus Live Better Points Challenges Earning Policy The participant of a Bonus Live Better Points Challenge may not receive bonus Live Better Points or may have their already credited bonus Live Better Points reversed in accordance with the Medibank Live Better terms and conditions. To earn bonus Live Better Points, the participant needs to properly complete at least 85% of the eligible challenge according to the challenge instructions.
