What is Medibank Free + Active?
We want Australians to get together and get moving. Our favourite partners are on board to bring you free, fun and social activities. Our goal is for 1.5 million Aussies to feel happier and healthier through taking part in Free + Active in the next five years.
The clue’s in the title. Our events are about getting together, not spending money.
Choose something you know you’ll love, or take the challenge and try something new.
It's (probably) close by
With events all around Australia, there’s bound to be something nearby.
It's always happening
Once you start, it’s simple to keep going, especially when you get friends involved.

You won't miss the pink swim caps congregating at the front of Manly Life Saving Club every day at 7am. They’re the 'Bold & Beautiful' - an informal group who swim from Manly to Shelly Beach and back.
