Medibank Feel Good Program

It’s hard to beat the feeling of being part of a group. That’s why the Medibank Feel Good Program has a range of group classes including yoga, bootcamp, dance, aqua and even a Mums and bubs class!

Get outdoors and give your health and general wellbeing a boost with free weekday training classes. Choose from cross training, boxing or yoga. All levels of fitness and motivation welcome!

OneWave

Weekly ‘Fluro Friday’ sessions have created a surf community connected by the ocean. They get people onto the beach in bright colours for some salt water therapy, raising awareness for mental health.

What’s new for Free + Active

We’ve been working to add 40 new weekly parkrun events around Australia. Next, we’re getting 10 new Live Life Get Active locations up and running, and helping non-profit surf community OneWave, add another 10 ‘Fluro Friday’s’ to the roster.
