My love for cooking baked eggs began in the first lockdown of 2020 when I was living with my family in Brisbane. I decided to actually start making all the recipes that I’d pinned to my ‘Food’ board on Pinterest. Over the weeks that we were in lockdown, I perfected the recipe, making tweaks to make it my own or suit what was in the fridge. I’d cook it for my family on a Saturday morning after we’d done a workout together. It was a great way to refuel after moving our bodies.
