Patatas bravas recipe

Miguel Maestre, popular chef and co-host of The Living Room, shares his patatas bravas recipe.

Every single venue in Spain serves patatas bravas as a tapa. The combination of crispy potatoes and a spicy tomato sauce is a match made in heaven. I do mine a bit differently with the sauce and aioli in the middle of the potato so you get some with every mouthful. Make sure you get the smallest chat potatoes you can – they should be bite sized. Bravas means brave, and you have to be very brave to deal with this really spicy sauce.
