Backed by clinical research, the Medibank Better Minds app offers a more proactive and hands-on approach to monitoring and managing your mental health. You can use it for interactive wellness checks or to learn new skills. Clinically eligible members may also be able to access one-on-one coaching sessions with mental health professionals for more practical, personalised support.
