When do I receive my Private Health Insurance (PHI) or Annual Tax Statements?

We were previously required to provide our members with an annual Private health insurance (PHI) statement by 15 July each year. 

Statements may be issued on request to memberships for which a premium has been paid during any part of the financial year (except non-resident memberships).
