You can make bookings for members on your policy who are under 16 years old. Members who are 16 years and older will need to be using their own login to book through My Medibank app.
Existing Medibank members can book online. Online bookings are currently not available for Overseas Student Health Cover members.
Every dental practice has its own cancellation policy, so you'll need to contact your practice directly for more info.
Once you've successfully made a booking, you'll be sent a confirmation email with info on how to reschedule or cancel your appointment with your chosen dentist.
Not all dentists currently offer online bookings. You can see the full list of Members' Choice and Members' Choice Advantage dentists in your area and book over the phone by navigating to 'Find' in the My Medibank app and clicking on the 'Dentist' category.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and info on how to manage your booking.
You can now book online with a select number of Members' Choice Advantage dentists. Only some of these dentists are currently offering online bookings, but we'll be updating the list regularly.
