What are the terms?
1. Offer available from 1 May to 15 June 2018. For new members on new memberships who have not held Medibank cover in the last 60 days. Must start Corporate Hospital and Corporate Flexi Extras cover during the promo period 1 May to 15 June 2018. Must quote promo code CORPHEALTH and set up direct debit when joining. Must be an employee of a Medibank partner. Not available with any other offer. Gift voucher terms: Must maintain eligible cover and direct debit for 40 consecutive days after the cover start date. Gift vouchers could take up to 7 weeks from the cover start date and will be sent via email. Singles and single parents will receive a $75 rebel gift voucher, a $75 HelloFresh gift voucher & a $75 endota spa gift voucher. Couples and families will receive a $150 rebel gift voucher, a $150 HelloFresh gift voucher & a $150 endota spa gift voucher.
