Fund Rules

All registered health funds are required to have Fund Rules. These set out the general principles and rules of membership under which each fund conducts its business.

As a member of Medibank Private you are bound by our Fund Rules. These rules are available for review at any of our Retail Centres however we thought you would appreciate also having access to them on our website.
