• Innovation to improve members’ health and wellbeing - we aim to be able to support our members at every stage of their life and health status, and to help them better manage and improve their health and wellbeing, whether their health care needs are preventative or for acute treatment.
• Operational efficiency– complete the upgrade of our core business system, which will deliver sustained cost and productivity improvements.
• Distribution – in a competitive environment, Medibank Private needs to invest in strengthening our brand, customer service skills, call centre capability and Web and e-Business capabilities.
