Ordering is simple
Ordering can be done by downloading the Amcal app or over the phone with your local Amcal pharmacy. The Amcal Medication Home Delivery service can provide the following:

Delivery straight to your door without having to leave your home^

You’ll have a host of handy features at your fingertips, like:
- Choose to ‘Order Now’ or ‘Snap-n-Send’ to order your medications rather than standing in a queue.
- ‘Carer Mode’ to help those who care for others by allowing them to see multiple medication profiles from a single account.
- Easily connect to your local Amcal Pharmacy Team.
- ‘Take-My-Meds’, reminding you when to take medications and at what dose.
- Know when you’re about to run out of medication, or when medication is overdue.
There are two ways to place your order via the Amcal app
If you have activated the app in an Amcal store and they have your script on file:
- Log in to the Amcal app.
- Place your order by selecting from your prescription medication list.
- Choose from “pick up” or “delivery”.
- Pay via the “Pay in Advance” function or pay over the phone with the pharmacy.
- The pharmacy will be in contact with you to confirm details of your delivery and payment.
If Amcal don’t have your script on file:
- Register / Log in to the Amcal app. If you don’t have an activation code, you can still proceed to place an order.
- Upload an image of your prescription by selecting ‘Snap-n-Send’ and follow the steps~.
- Choose from “pick up” or “delivery”.
- Pay via the “Pay in Advance” function or pay over the phone with the pharmacy.
- The pharmacy will be in contact with you to confirm details of your delivery and payment.
Contactless Delivery
For your safety and that of the Amcal pharmacy delivery team, if there are any concerns that you may have a contagious infection such as COVID-19, please advise in advance so we can arrange contactless delivery.

~ Please Note: The pharmacy will require the physical copy of the prescription. This must be taken into the pharmacy following the placement of your order. Please speak to your pharmacist about their preferred method and timeline for obtaining the physical copy of your prescription.
