Support for customers affected by floods

The devastating effects of the floods in Queensland are widespread. We are committed to supporting customers, employees and communities during this difficult time.

Retail Centres:

Unfortunately a number of Medibank retail centres are closed due to the water levels in and around affected areas.

Medibank is still available to all our members and customers. If you have questions or require assistance with your private health, pet, life or travel insurance, please call us on 132 331.

The stores temporarily closed are:

  • Brisbane City Post Office Square
  • Capalaba
  • Carindale
  • Chermside
  • Indooroopilly
  • Ipswich
  • Maroochydore
  • North Lakes Mid Mall
  • Toowoomba

Mental Health Line:

Medibank is providing much needed emotional support for those whose lives have been affected. We have set up a 24-hour telephone hotline which is free of charge for Medibank customers as well as the broader community.
