Update Medibank will reopen its Casuarina store on Monday 5 July after the Northern Territory Government announced an easing of restrictions.

In response to the Northern Territory Government’s announcement of a 48-hour lockdown for the Darwin, Palmerston and Litchfield areas, Medibank will temporarily close its Casuarina store.

The retail store will be shut until at least Friday in line with Government restrictions.

Senior Executive, Customer Channels Andy Hitchen said customers can still receive support via our phone and digital channels.

“Closing our store is necessary to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in the Northern Territory and protect the health and wellbeing of our people, customers and the wider community,” he said.

“All team members from the Casuarina store will work from home during the lockdown period, across our phone and digital channels.

“We thank our customers for their patience while we all do our bit to keep the community safe.”

Customers needing support can find a range of resources at medibank.com.au, in their My Medibank app, or access agent support through web messaging or by calling 132 331.
