The majority of Medibank stores in New South Wales will temporarily close following increased COVID restrictions announced today by the government. Stores in Coffs Harbour and Albury are not impacted by the lockdown and will remain open.

Head of Retail Andrew Carlson said that while these stores have to close for now, customers can access support in a number of other ways.

“Customers needing support can find a range of resources at medibank.com.au, in their My Medibank app, or access agent support through web messaging or by calling 132 331,” he said.

All team members at the closed stores will be redeployed across other customer support channels, including our phone and digital channels.

“We thank our customers for their patience while we all do our bit to keep the community safe,” Mr Carlson said.
