Medibank launches Live Better at Home

    Duration: 11.12

Medibank has launched a free online program of work out videos, cooking demonstrations and guided meditations for people to do from the comfort of their own home.

Particularly during periods of social distancing, it can be difficult to prioritise physical activity and mental wellbeing. The Live Better at Home program brings together experts to help Australians set healthy habits in their home and will feature live streamed videos shared to social media and the Live Better website.

Medibank Chief Customer Office David Koczkar said it’s important for everyone to continue to prioritise their health and wellbeing goals while they are at home.

“I understand how challenging it has been to adapt to the changes, particularly when trying to achieve health and wellbeing goals. We want to support your health during these extraordinary times.

“We’ve reached out to experts across the country to help create healthy lunch and snack recipes, quick workouts and mindfulness techniques that can be done in the home, anytime and anywhere,” he said.

“We’ll continue to share new content each week to help everyone keep up a balanced lifestyle at home.”

Follow Medibank on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube or head to www.medibank.com.au/livebetterathome for the latest activities. You can also join us at 8.30am every weekday until April 17 for a guided live meditation.
