**Update - Medibank will reopen it's store at Highpoint Shopping Centre in Maribyrnong tomorrow 26 May 2021.

Medibank will temporarily close its store at Highpoint Shopping Centre in Maribyrnong tomorrow after the centre was listed as a Tier 1 COVID-19 exposure site.

Head of Retail Andrew Carlson said protecting the health and wellbeing of our customers and our people is the top priority.

“In line with Government advice, our team at the Highpoint store will get a COVID test and isolate until further notice. Unfortunately, that means we’ll have to close the store for at least 24-hours,” he said.

“We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused and thank them for their patience as we do our part to assist the Victorian Government’s COVID-19 response.

Our team will continue to support our customers through our digital channels and phone and messaging services while working from home.

“We are hoping to have the store reopened as soon as possible, by bringing in teams from other stores to assist at this time," Mr Carlson said.

Customers needing support can find a range of resources at medibank.com.au, in their My Medibank app, or access agent support through web messaging or by calling 132 331.

Customers can also visit the website or My Medibank app to check their local store hours.
