**Update - Medibank will reopen its stores in Perth and the Peel region tomorrow 27 April 2021, following a 3-day lockdown.

Following the West Australian Government’s decision to place parts of the state into a 3-day lockdown, we will temporarily close 8 Medibank stores in Perth and the Peel region from 4.00pm (AWST) today.

Chief Customer Officer David Koczkar said Medibank’s priority is to protect the health of the community throughout the lockdown period.

“We are temporarily closing these stores to protect the health of our people, customers and everyone in the wider community,” he said.

“Our team will continue to support our customers through our digital channels and phone and messaging services while working from home.

“We thank our customers for their patience during this time and look forward to welcoming them back in store soon,” Mr Koczkar said.

Customers needing support can find a range of resources at medibank.com.au, in their My Medibank app, or access agent support through web messaging or by calling 132 331.

Customers can also visit the website or My Medibank app to check their local store hours.
