    Medibank offers financial support for customers impacted by the Townsville floods


    Townsville Floods - Aplins Weir

    Medibank and ahm are offering support for flood-affected customers in Townsville and surrounding areas, with eligible customers able to suspend their policy for up to 2 years or receive financial support to cover the cost of their premiums for up to 3 months.

    Medibank and ahm customers who have held hospital cover for at least three months and are in a flood-impacted area within the Townsville region may be eligible for the assistance package.

    Medibank customers can contact 134 190 and ahm customers contact 134 246 for more information.

    The Medibank Townsville retail store is due to open again today and general customer support can be accessed via medibank.com.au or ahm.com.au or the Medibank and ahm digital apps.
