    Medibank to support customers impacted by bushfires in Queensland and Perth

    Medibank and ahm are providing financial and hardship support to customers in bushfire affected areas of Queensland and Perth.

    Customers who have been impacted by the bushfires may be eligible for support, which includes suspending their policy for up to two years or waiving their premiums for three months.

    Medibank Chief Customer Officer, Milosh Milisavljevic said: “We’ve always supported our customers through difficult times, and we encourage customers who have been impacted by the recent bushfires to give us a call.

    We know that picking up the pieces after a natural disaster is never easy, so we want to take one less stress away for our customers.

    Medibank customers also have access to our Mental Health Phone Support line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1800 644 325.

    Medibank customers can contact 132 331 and ahm customers 134 246 to speak to someone about hardship support available.
