Save the PowerPoint file directly to your hard drive and open it from there. You can do this with the following steps:
- Right click on the link to the PowerPoint file and then choose Save Target As (Microsoft Internet Explorer) or Save Link As (Netscape) from the pop-up menu;
- If you are unable to access the PowerPoint file, close your current browser session, reopen this page in a new browser session and try the above step again;
- Choose a name and location for the PowerPoint file and save it to your hard drive;
- Locate the file on your hard drive and open it using either Microsoft Powerpoint or the PowerPoint viewer.
