Health Concierge provides personalised health support to help eligible Medibank hospital members prepare for, or recover from, a hospital stay or treatment.# Call 1800 789 414 to speak to a Health Concierge between 9am - 4pm Eastern Standard Time.

Members with hospital cover can call our 24/7 Medibank Nurse Phone Service on 1800 644 325 to speak to a qualified nurse about their health concerns at any time of the day or night.~

Mental Health Phone Support

Talk with a mental health professional over the phone in relation to any mental health or emotional concern, through our 24/7 Mental Health Phone Support. Call 1800 644 325 24 hours a day 7 days a week.~

Complimentary health checks now available

We're always looking for ways to help our members, that's why we are trialling complimentary health checks over the phone with Registered Nurses for members with Hospital and Extras cover.^

Things you should know

# Health Concierge is available to all eligible Medibank members who hold hospital cover. Excludes Overseas Visitor Health Cover, Working Visa Health Cover and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). Some referred services may involve out of pocket costs.

OSHC members should call the Student Health and Support Line on 1800 887 283.
