Tough mudder

Group exercise, the hardcore way.

Will Dean and Guy Livingstone founded Tough Mudder in 2010. Each Tough Mudder endurance event is a 20-km hard-core challenge, typically including 18-25 military-style obstacles including three metre high walls, mud pits, ice baths and a field of live wires.

The obstacles are designed to test one’s toughness, fitness, strength, stamina, mental grit and helps build camaraderie and mateship.

The 2013 Tough Mudder series has three remaining Australian events:

14-15 September 2013 – Melbourne

26-27 October 2013 – Perth

12-13 October 2013 – Sydney
