Spicy and comforting Moroccan baked eggs from the Gewürzhaus spice masters

What to do

  • 1. Heat the oil in a small tagine or frying pan. Cook the onions until soft and add garlic, chili, spices, coriander and tomatoes. Leave to cook for 10 – 15 minutes.

  • 2. Make two indentations with a spoon in the frying pan and gently crack the eggs over the mixture. Cook until the eggs are set and serve with crusty bread.
