Managing anxiety
Anxiety is a complex emotion - while it exists to keep us safe, for many people it can escalate into a condition that takes over their day to day life. In this course, developed in partnership with beyondblue, Dr Luke Martin helps to distinguish when anxiety has transitioned from a useful emotion to a disruptive condition. With his help, you’ll be able to identify the common symptoms and types of anxiety conditions, and learn strategies to manage them.
