R U OK? Day

On Thursday 13 September, Australians will be asking three words to reach out to those around them.

Janina Nearn, CEO and co-founder of the national day of action R U OK?Day, urges everyone to get involved in the campaign by simply reaching out to colleagues and loved ones. “We are encouraging people to check in with someone they know who might be struggling, to stop little problems from becoming bigger,” Janina said. Now in its fourth year, R U OK?Day hopes to build on last year’s success to create more awareness of the importance of staying connected with others.
