Members with hospital cover will see the webchat available from the dashboard within My Medibank. It's just a simple click to connect with an experienced nurse.
The webchat trial service is available from 4pm – 10pm AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and will run until August 9, 2018.
Medibank customers with hospital cover can also call the Health Advice Line on 1800 644 325, for 24/7 access to experienced nurses over the phone.
