Complete the Medibank Melbourne marathon in 7 minutes!

Want to see some of the most iconic Melbourne landmarks while completing the goal of a lifetime? With the Medibank Melbourne Marathon Festival, ‘anything is possible’!

Registrations for the 2013 Medibank Melbourne Marathon are open and this popular running event is fast approaching. If you’re considering signing up, now is the time to secure your spot.

In July, the Asics Training Series kicks off, offering participants 12 weeks of training sessions leading up to the event. Run with motivating trainers who will have you in tiptop shape for race day, train alongside fellow participants and break up the monotony of exercising solo.

Sign up to receive regular running advice and training tips via the Melbourne Marathon website and don’t forget to check out our course video, so you can visualise the journey ahead!

Our favourite runner Lisa Weightman has just announced she will be participating in this year’s marathon.

Keep in mind it’s not just about the marathon on the day, other events start at a 3km walk and include 5.7km, 10km and half marathon courses. On Sunday 13 October there’s something for everyone, and we hope to see you at the starting line!
