Our data explores whether how much you exercise is affected by your country of birth.

It’s not surprising that different cultures have differing attitudes towards exercise. So what did the Medibank Better Health Index find? While Aussies born in China reported the strongest overall health, it was Aussies born in South Africa that led the charge in the fitness stakes. Despite this, Aussies born in the USA were found to exercise the most, having exercised an average of 4.14 times in the last 3 months, compared to the national average of 3 times. Check out the findings below.
