Blend up a large frozen banana with ¾ cup low fat milk, ¾ cup Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder), a tablespoon of peanut butter and a tablespoon of honey. There’s endless ways to be creative with this and make it your own. Think flax seeds, chia seeds, coconut or frozen blueberries for a few ideas to start.

Mix together a cup of wholemeal flour, a cup of oats and 1/3 cup of sugar with a little baking powder. Add a large egg, ¼ cup of olive oil, a cup of milk and a splash of vanilla essence, then stir in ½ a cup of dark chocolate chips and ½ a cup of chia seeds. Mix well, spoon out into a lightly greased muffin tin and into the oven they go.
