Apartments versus houses – which residents are the healthiest?

We looked at the health status of Australians, comparing the health index scores of people living in smaller versus larger dwellings. It was extremely close, but residents of apartments/flats/units proved to be healthier than those in standalone houses. It’s possible that this could be impacted by location, as people based in cities are more likely to have better access to health services than those living in suburban or regional areas.
