Avocados become even more perfect

Avocados aren’t just delicious – they’re packed of nutrients that provide broad health benefits.

A study by researchers at Loma Linda University in the USA suggests that adding a Hass avocado to your meal can result in greater satiety, so you end up eating less and feeling better, with more balanced insulin and blood sugar levels. This points to the potential positive use of avocados in weight management and diabetes.

Plus, we already know it’s packed full of goodness like fibre, omega-3 fatty acids, folate, potassium, and vitamins A, C, D, E, K and B, all of which contribute to making you look and feel bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.

Mash it and use it as a spread in your sandwich, shop it and add it to a salad, blend it with fruit for a creamy smoothie, or eat it on its own as a snack – the ways to enjoy your avos are endless.
