Our easy to use digital platform will help you set and track health goals for 12 weeks. 

The program is available at no extra cost# for eligible members* and is 100% online, so you can join from anywhere in Australia.

Who is eligible?

Medibank members with resident Hospital cover who are 18 years or older, with lifestyle risk factors including smoking, vaping, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, physical inactivity, overweight and obesity and dietary-related risk factors.

Members must be invited to participate and must have access to the internet via mobile, tablet or computer. No waiting periods apply.

* Medibank members with resident Hospital cover who are 18 years or older, who are identified as having a lifestyle risk factor (including smoking, vaping, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, physical inactivity, overweight and obesity and dietary-related risk factors) and are not on dialysis, undergoing active cancer treatment, or palliative treatment, cognitive impairment, pregnant or six weeks post-partum. Members must be invited to enrol in this program and must have access the internet via mobile, tablet or computer.
