Things you should know
1. The offer: For new members on new memberships who join and commence eligible combined hospital and extras cover between 4 February 2019 and 31 May 2019. AMCAL gift card specific terms: Must hold the same eligible cover and not be in arrears for 65 consecutive days from the policy start date. Families and couple policy holders will receive a $400 Amcal gift card, and single and single parent policy holders will receive a $200 Amcal gift card. Gift card will take up to 12 weeks to arrive after the policy start date. The gift card is redeemable at Amcal Pharmacies. The gift card in not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift card balance expires within 12 months from date of issue. Treat this gift card like cash as lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
