Refreshing and sweet, this easy-to-whip-up smoothie is a delicious treat.
¼ rockmelon and 1 cup watermelon, cut into chunks
1 cup (250 ml) skim milk
1 cup (250 ml) vanilla fat-free yogurt
1 cup (250 ml) crushed ice
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Makes about 4 cups
2. Stir briskly before serving
