Simple berry bircher recipe

A bircher muesli that takes 2 minutes to prepare - leave overnight and enjoy for breakfast.

Serves: 1

1⁄2 cup untoasted low-fat muesli

170g tub of 5am Honey & Cinnamon yoghurt

1⁄2 cup frozen mixed berries

Combine muesli and yoghurt in a small bowl, top with frozen berries, cover and leave overnight in the fridge.

Energy: 1520kJ (363Cals), Protein: 16.2g, Fat: 5.4g (sat 1.8g), Carbs: 59.8g (Sugar 36.6g), Fibre: 8.2g
