“I look forward to yoga every day. I get up at 6am every day and go, so I must enjoy it. I like that I go there and at the end of the class there is a little glimpse of what it feels like when your head is just empty, and that's really good. I think that’s what I go back for.
“I also like how it brings people together. I like going to classes more than practising by myself because I like the idea of everyone breathing together. I always thought it was really dumb and for hippies and then I started practising and it really does actually relax you. Yoga helps me see the lesson in things.”
